Yacht Charter Saint-Tropez

Saint-Tropez is the western anchor of the French Riviera, and it is at its best approached from the sea. The old port is small, the quays are close to the town, and a yacht arriving under its own power sidesteps the summer traffic that builds along the coast road. Guests step ashore for the market, the galleries and dinner, then return on board without a transfer in either direction.

Immediately south lies Pampelonne, a long crescent of sand backed by the beach clubs that made the village famous. Most can be reached by tender directly from a yacht at anchor, which is the reason so many charters spend a full day there. Between the headlands there are quieter coves for swimming and water toys, and the anchorages generally stay comfortable through the summer.
