There is no single figure. Cost depends on the aircraft type, the route and flight time, where the aircraft is positioned before and after your flight, airport fees, crew duty, season and any special requests. We quote each request individually against live availability rather than publishing indicative prices.

How do I book a private jet?

Send us the route, dates and passenger count. We source suitable aircraft, present the options with pricing, and once you confirm we handle the operator paperwork, handling and ground arrangements.

How far in advance should I book a private jet?

Short notice is often workable, sometimes within hours. That said, peak periods — the Monaco Grand Prix, August in the Mediterranean, the ski season in the Alps — tighten availability considerably, and earlier planning gives you more choice.

Can I charter a private jet one way?

Yes. One-way charter is common. Pricing reflects where the aircraft has to position from and where it goes afterwards, which is why the same sector can vary in price from day to day.

What is an empty leg private jet?

An empty leg is a flight an aircraft has to make without passengers — typically returning to base or repositioning for its next booking. Because the flight is happening anyway, it can sometimes be offered at a reduced rate, but it is fixed to that aircraft's route and timing and can be withdrawn if the original booking changes.

Which airports can private jets use?

Far more than scheduled airlines. Private aircraft can operate into smaller regional and business aviation airports, which often puts you closer to your final destination. The specific options depend on the aircraft type, runway requirements and operating hours.

Can I fly privately to Monaco?

Not directly on a fixed-wing aircraft — Monaco has a heliport but no conventional airport. Private flights arrive at a nearby gateway on the Côte d'Azur, most commonly Nice, and continue into the Principality by helicopter or chauffeured car.

What is the best private jet for European travel?

For short regional sectors, a light jet is usually the most efficient. Midsize and super midsize aircraft suit longer European routes, more passengers or additional luggage. The right answer depends on your specific route and party.

How many passengers can a private jet accommodate?

Light jets typically carry four to seven passengers, midsize and super midsize aircraft seven to ten, heavy jets ten to fourteen, and long-range aircraft up to around nineteen. VIP airliners accommodate considerably more.

Monaco does not operate a conventional large commercial airport. Private aviation itineraries into the Principality therefore use a nearby aviation gateway on the Côte d'Azur, followed by helicopter, chauffeur or another transfer arranged around your arrival.

Nice Côte d'Azur is the principal gateway, with dedicated business aviation terminals and helicopter services along the coast. Cannes-Mandelieu is used where the aircraft type and operating requirements suit it. Monaco's own heliport serves the final leg rather than fixed-wing arrivals.

We plan the sequence as one arrival: the aircraft, the gateway, the handling and the transfer into the Principality.

Empty legs

Private Jet Empty Legs

An empty leg is a flight an aircraft has to operate without passengers — returning to base, or repositioning for its next booking. Because the aircraft is moving anyway, that sector can sometimes be offered at a lower cost than a charter arranged from scratch.

The trade-off is control. An empty leg is tied to a specific aircraft, a specific route and a specific window, and it exists only for as long as the original booking stands. If that booking changes, the empty leg disappears with it. Flexibility on date, time and airport is what makes them work.

We do not publish a standing empty-leg list, because a list that is not live is misleading. Tell us your route and the dates you could move within, and we will check what is genuinely repositioning at the time.
