Questions

Frequently asked

How far in advance should I book a charter?

For July and August in the Mediterranean, or Christmas and New Year in the Caribbean, the best yachts are committed months ahead. Shoulder-season weeks can often be arranged at shorter notice. We will tell you honestly what is still available.

What does the charter fee include?

The yacht and her crew for the period. Fuel, food, drink, berthing and other running costs are funded through the Advance Provisioning Allowance, with VAT and any delivery fees stated separately before you sign.

Do you publish rates and asking prices?

Only figures confirmed with the central agent. Rates and asking terms change, so we verify them for your dates or your brief rather than leaving numbers on a page.

Can you find yachts that are not publicly listed?

Yes. A meaningful share of both charter and brokerage opportunity is never advertised. Off-market enquiries are handled privately.

Who do you represent in a transaction?

We say so explicitly in every transaction, and we explain how commission is paid. We do not take undisclosed fees from both sides.
