Frieze London + Frieze Masters 2026 · 14 — 18 October 2026 · The Regent's Park · London · United Kingdom

Collector-led. Quietly arranged.

Two fairs, a city of galleries and five days that move quickly. We arrange the flying, the cars, the stays, the appointments and the evenings — so the week is spent looking, not organising.

The week

A week measured in appointments

Frieze London and Frieze Masters take place in The Regent's Park from 14 to 18 October 2026. Around them, London's galleries, museums, auction houses and private views run at their own pace, in Mayfair, St James's, Fitzrovia and the East End.

Lund Group works quietly in the background: private aviation into the London airports, chauffeurs held for the day rather than the journey, a stay chosen for its distance from the park, appointment requests placed with galleries and advisers, and dinner tables that allow a conversation.

We are a private travel and concierge company. We are not the fair, not a gallery and not an art dealer. Everything we place on your behalf is a request, confirmed only when the gallery, adviser, hotel or operator confirms it.

Day by day

How the week is usually shaped

Tuesday 13 October

Arrivals

Flights into Farnborough, Luton, Biggin Hill or Northolt, chauffeurs on arrival, check-in and a quiet first evening. Preview and private view attendance is subject to the invitations you hold.

Wednesday 14 October

Fair week opens

Frieze London and Frieze Masters open in The Regent's Park. Cars held nearby, appointment requests scheduled with gaps between them, lunch reserved close to the park.

Thursday 15 October

Galleries and advisers

Mayfair and St James's gallery appointment requests, museum viewing, introductions to independent art advisers where useful, evening dinners.

Friday 16 October

Second look

Return visits to works under consideration, auction house viewing where sales coincide, private shopping or styling appointments if wanted.

Saturday 17 — Sunday 18 October

Closing days

Quieter hours at both fairs, the sculpture displays in the park, weekend London, and departures arranged around your last appointment.

Fair opening hours, preview days and programmes are set by the organisers and may change. We confirm the published schedule when we plan your days.

Contemporary

Frieze London

The contemporary fair, in The Regent's Park, with galleries from across the world and dedicated curated sections. We arrange the day around it: arrival time, cars held, a table nearby, and appointment requests spaced so nothing is rushed.

Historical

Frieze Masters

Historical material — antiquities through to the late twentieth century — presented in the same park, a short walk from the contemporary fair. Collectors frequently split the week between the two; we plan the days so both are seen properly.

Plan both fairs

The Regent's Park

The park itself

Large-scale works are shown outdoors in The Regent's Park during the fair period. It is the calmest hour of the week, and worth an early morning with a car waiting rather than a taxi to find.

Access

Access, honestly described

Fair entry, previews, private views, VIP programmes and gallery dinners are controlled by Frieze, by individual galleries and by their own invitation lists. We do not sell or promise them. What we do is place requests on your behalf, use established relationships where they exist, and tell you plainly when something is unlikely.

What we can place for you

  • —Ticket and admission guidance for the public fair days
  • —Requests submitted to galleries for viewing appointments
  • —Introductions to independent art advisers and acquisition specialists
  • —Auction house viewing arrangements where sales fall in the same week
  • —Museum and institutional visits, including quieter hours where possible
  • —Discreet coordination between your adviser, gallery and our team

Galleries

Galleries, appointment by appointment

London's gallery districts are the reason many collectors travel this week. We build a route through them and place appointment requests in advance, with a driver who understands that a viewing can run long.

Request gallery appointments

Mayfair

The highest concentration of blue-chip galleries in London, walkable between appointments and close to most Palace hotels.

St James's

Historical material, old master dealers and the auction houses — natural territory for a Frieze Masters week.

Fitzrovia & Soho

Contemporary programmes at a smaller scale, and a short car journey from The Regent's Park.

East London

Younger galleries and artist-run spaces in Shoreditch, Bethnal Green and Hackney. Best grouped into one afternoon.

South Kensington

Museums and institutional exhibitions, useful for the quieter half of a fair day.

Bankside & Southbank

Major institutional shows on the river, easily paired with an early dinner.

Independent expertise

Advisers and acquisition specialists

If you would like independent advice before committing to a work, we can introduce established art advisers, acquisition specialists, conservators, shippers and insurance brokers. Lund Group does not advise on works, does not value art and does not take a position in any transaction. Terms are agreed directly between you and the specialist.

Confidential

Collector profile (optional)

Sharing a little about what you collect helps us place better appointment requests and introduce the right adviser. It is optional, held in confidence, and never shared with a gallery without your agreement.

What you collect

Held in confidence. Never shared with a gallery, adviser or third party without your agreement. Lund Group does not advise on works or values.

Private aviation

Private aviation into London

Fair week concentrates arrivals into a small number of days. We arrange charter through vetted operators, with the airport chosen for your journey into central London rather than for convenience on paper.

  • Farnborough

Dedicated business aviation airport south-west of London, popular for its handling and privacy.

  • London Luton

North of the city, with strong private terminal facilities and quick access toward Regent's Park.

  • Biggin Hill

South-east London, useful for shorter European sectors and helicopter connections.

  • London Northolt

West London, subject to slot and permission availability.

  • London City

Closest to the centre for suitable aircraft types, subject to operational approval.

Aircraft, airports, slots and timings are subject to operator confirmation, air traffic and airport availability. We quote only what an operator has offered.

Where to stay

Where to stay

Fair week is one of the busiest weeks in the London hotel calendar. We recommend by proximity and temperament rather than by name-dropping, and request rooms, suites, residences or a private house depending on the size of the party.

  • —Mayfair and Marylebone — closest to the park and the gallery walk
  • —St James's and Knightsbridge — for auction house and museum weeks
  • —Belgravia and Chelsea — quieter, residential, good for longer stays
  • —Private residences and townhouses for families and groups
  • —Late arrival, early check-in and extended checkout requests

Rates and availability are confirmed by each property. October in London books early; the sooner we ask, the better the room.

Mobility

Cars held, not chased

The single most useful thing during fair week is a car and driver held for the day. Appointments overrun, weather changes, and works are sometimes seen twice.

  • —Chauffeured saloons and SUVs by the day or half-day
  • —Airport arrivals and departures, including private terminal meet
  • —Multi-car arrangements for families and corporate groups
  • —Helicopter transfers between London and regional houses or airports, weather permitting
  • —Luxury and performance car rental for weekends outside London

Private shopping

Private shopping and appointments

Jewellery and watch appointments, tailoring, private salon visits and personal styling can be requested for the quieter half of a day. All appointments are subject to each house's own confirmation.

After the fair

London after the fair

Dinner during fair week is part of the week's work. We reserve tables where a conversation is possible, request private dining rooms, and can put a car outside for the whole evening.

  • —Restaurant reservations across Mayfair, Marylebone and St James's
  • —Private dining rooms for collector and gallery dinners
  • —Private members' club requests, subject to each club's own rules
  • —Late-evening arrangements and discreet security coordination

Private members' clubs admit guests under their own membership rules. We can submit a request; we cannot grant access.
