Private Formula 1 Hospitality for Family Offices

Discreet, carefully coordinated Grand Prix experiences for principals, their families and guests — arranged with the people who represent them.

LUND GROUP is an independent luxury hospitality, private aviation and yacht charter specialist. We are not affiliated with Formula 1.

Introduction

Grand Prix Experiences Built Around the Individual

Family offices and their representatives need more than tickets. They need clear options, reliable arrangements and a partner who handles information carefully.

We combine Formula 1 hospitality with private aviation, residences, yachts and transfers, so the office deals with one adviser and receives one written programme.

Photography Preferences

Preferences are passed on to suppliers; event photography rules still apply.

Appropriate Access Controls

Monaco

A Private Monaco Grand Prix Experience

Monaco remains the most requested race for private clients — compact, social and close to the Riviera's best residences, yachts and airports.

We can review suites, terraces, yacht options and residences side by side, with private aviation into Nice and onward transfers.

Monaco Grand Prix 2027: 4–6 June

Important distinctions

  • — A harbour yacht does not automatically have a view of the track.
  • — Private terraces are rare; shared terraces are more common.
  • — Paddock Club access is separate from yacht or terrace hospitality.
  • — Hotel rooms with race views are limited and released on the hotel's terms.

  • Event organisers' own security rules always apply inside the venue.
  • Close protection inside hospitality areas is subject to the organiser's approval.

FAQ

Family Office Formula 1 Hospitality — Questions

What is family office Formula 1 hospitality?

Formula 1 hospitality and travel planned for a principal, their family or guests, usually arranged through a family office or representative, with an emphasis on privacy and coordination.

Can a family office arrange an entire Formula 1 weekend?

Yes. We can coordinate hospitality, private aviation, accommodation, transfers, yachts and concierge services as one programme.

Can we book a fully private Formula 1 hospitality suite?

Sometimes. Private suites exist at selected events, subject to availability and minimum numbers. We confirm exclusivity in writing.

Can an executive assistant manage the entire booking?

Yes. We can work with an appointed representative throughout, with approval roles agreed at the start.

Can a principal remain unnamed during the initial enquiry?

Yes. The principal does not need to be named at enquiry stage. Names are needed later when suppliers require them.

Is complete anonymity guaranteed?

No. Event organisers, airlines, hotels and authorities may require guest names and identification. We limit sharing to what is genuinely required.

Can we request a non-disclosure agreement?

A specific confidentiality agreement may be discussed and, where appropriate, reviewed and signed by the relevant parties. An NDA is not automatically in force.

Can we arrange hospitality for family members arriving separately?

Yes. Separate arrivals, aircraft and transfers can be coordinated within one programme.

Are children permitted in Formula 1 hospitality?

It depends on the product and event. Age policies vary and are checked before we propose anything.

Can LUND GROUP arrange a private yacht during Monaco Grand Prix?

We can look for suitable yachts, subject to availability, berth and terms.

Do Monaco yachts automatically offer race views?

No. The view depends entirely on the berth. We confirm it before anything is booked.

Can we combine Paddock Club with a private jet?

Yes. We can coordinate private aviation around any hospitality product.

Can we arrange private security?

It can be discussed and coordinated through licensed providers. Venue security rules always apply.

Can a family office arrange several Grands Prix in one season?

Yes. Multi-race programmes can be planned and documented together.

How much does a private family office Grand Prix experience cost?

It depends on the race, hospitality, group size, aviation and accommodation. We provide a written proposal rather than generic prices.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

Not for an enquiry. Some private suites and venues have minimum numbers.

Can we reserve a private rooftop or terrace?

Occasionally. Private terraces are rare and confirmed individually.

Are Formula 1 paddock or garage visits included?

Not by default. They are included only when a specific product lists them.

Can we choose a private hotel, villa or residence?

Yes, subject to availability and the property's terms.

Can a family office work directly with LUND GROUP?

Yes. Many enquiries come directly from offices and their representatives.

Are private Grand Prix experiences refundable?

That depends on each supplier's terms and applicable law. Terms are set out before payment.

Is LUND GROUP officially affiliated with Formula 1?

No. LUND GROUP is an independent luxury hospitality, aviation and yacht charter specialist, not affiliated with Formula 1.
