Born from Private Aviation

    Born from private aviation

    Lund Group began with private aviation and a simple conviction: that the way access is delivered matters as much as the access itself. Early work was built one journey at a time, around clients who valued discretion and a single dependable point of contact.

    From the air to the sea and the road

    As clients asked for more of their travel to be handled in one place, the group extended into yacht charter and brokerage, exceptional automobiles and premium hospitality — the same standard of service, applied to a wider world.

    Lund Group arranges private aviation, yacht charter and brokerage, luxury vehicles, Formula 1 and event hospitality, and concierge support — coordinated as one itinerary rather than a series of separate transactions.

The founder

Founded by Lucien Ndabagera

Lucien Ndabagera — Founder & CEO, Lund Group

Lucien founded Lund Group with the belief that luxury is not simply about what you have access to, but how effortlessly that access is delivered.

That conviction came from working directly with clients rather than from a boardroom. The first mandates were in private aviation — routes, aircraft and timings arranged personally, with the details handled quietly in the background. It was demanding work, and it set the standard the company still holds to.

As those relationships deepened, clients began asking for the rest of the journey: the yacht waiting in the Mediterranean, the car at the terminal, the seat at the race, the reservation nobody else could get. Lund Group grew around those requests rather than around a business plan.

Today Lucien continues to lead the group with the same intent — a modern luxury company built on judgement, discretion and long-term relationships, with the ambition to serve clients wherever in the world they choose to be.

Luxury is not about excess. It is about having the freedom to move, experience and access the world on your own terms.

From Monaco to the World

Few places concentrate our world as tightly as Monaco. Within a few kilometres of coastline sit the berths of some of the Mediterranean's most significant yachts, the gateways used by private aviation on the Côte d'Azur, and a Grand Prix that turns the Principality into a stage each spring.

That density is why Monaco remains a reference point for us. A charter here rarely stands alone: it connects to a flight into Nice, a car waiting at the terminal, a terrace above the circuit, and a cruise along the French Riviera towards Saint-Tropez and beyond.
