Shanghai to Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE) is a long sector, typically in the region of twelve to thirteen hours depending on the aircraft, the winds and the routing on the day. Departures are handled at Pudong (PVG) for long-range types, with Hongqiao (SHA) used for regional sectors.
Ultra-long-range aircraft such as the Gulfstream G650, Gulfstream G700 and Bombardier Global 7500 normally operate the sector non-stop, subject to payload, winds and airport conditions. Heavy jets require one technical stop, commonly in Central Asia or the Gulf. We confirm which applies for your date and party before quoting.
Monaco has no airport for fixed-wing aircraft, so the last leg is flown by helicopter from Nice in about seven minutes, or driven in 30 to 45 minutes.
