Hosted lunches, private dinners and evening receptions on board, planned within the yacht's certified guest capacity and local rules.
Stay aboard during the week. Overnight guests are limited by cabins and certification, and are planned separately from daytime guests.
Curated gatherings for partners and guests. Any branding or activation is subject to the owner, the port and local permissions — never assumed.

Cannes Lions yachts are sourced privately
Yachts and berths for Cannes Lions week are rarely listed publicly. Tell us your purpose, guests and preferred position and we will present verified options with position and availability stated clearly.
Request Cannes Lions Yacht OptionsBusiness first
During Cannes Lions, hotel rooms, meeting spaces and restaurant tables near the Palais are in high demand. A chartered yacht gives a company one private, controllable setting for the week — for meetings by day, hosting in the evening and accommodation overnight.
We start from your purpose, number of guests, dates and preferred position, then present only yachts whose suitability and availability have been verified for your dates.
Guest numbers
A yacht's overnight capacity is set by its cabins and flag certification, typically far lower than the number of guests it may be permitted to host for a daytime or evening event.
Event guest numbers depend on the yacht's certification, its position (berthed or at anchor) and port rules. We confirm both figures in writing for each proposed yacht before you commit.
Brand activations
Branding, signage, photography, filming, amplified music and public-facing activations on or around a yacht may require the owner's consent, port authority and municipal permissions, and may be restricted or refused.
Lund Group will not imply that an activation is possible until the relevant permissions have been confirmed. Many companies choose private, invitation-only hosting instead.
Festival access
A yacht charter does not include Cannes Lions delegate passes, awards access or entry to official sessions or venues. Passes are obtained directly from the Festival.
Lund Group is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Cannes Lions. The event name is used only to describe the period of your charter.
Vieux Port
The Vieux Port is the most central position, a short walk from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. Berths during busy weeks are limited and allocated by the port; a named berth is stated only once contracted.
Port Canto
Port Canto is often used by larger yachts and offers a quieter base, with transfers along the Croisette to the Palais. Availability depends on the yacht's size and the port.
At anchor
Anchoring in the bay can offer privacy and views of the Croisette, with guests brought aboard by tender. Weather, tender capacity and local anchoring rules affect timings and guest numbers, and are planned in advance.
Corporate hospitality
We coordinate catering, guest lists, tender schedules, chauffeured cars and arrival timings around your Festival programme, and can plan for leadership teams arriving and leaving on different days.
Contracts, invoicing and VAT treatment are confirmed in writing for corporate clients before signature.
Arrival
Guests typically arrive via Nice Côte d'Azur or Cannes-Mandelieu. We can arrange private jets, helicopter transfers where permitted and chauffeured cars to the quay, subject to slots and operator availability.
Costs
A yacht's normal published weekly rate is not the Cannes Lions total. Event-week terms, minimum periods, positioning, berthing, VAT where applicable and the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) all affect the final figure.
Meeting and hospitality costs — catering, beverages, staff, equipment, transfers and any permitted branding — are budgeted separately, usually from the APA, which covers running expenses and is reconciled after the charter.
We quote every element in writing before anything is signed. No price is published on this page.
Timing
Suitable yachts and central berths for Cannes Lions week are limited, and corporate approval processes take time. Enquiring early gives the widest choice; later requests can still be sourced privately but with fewer options.
Before and after
Many clients extend the week with a private Riviera charter — the Îles de Lérins, Cap d'Antibes, Monaco or Saint-Tropez — before or after the Festival, subject to the yacht's schedule.
