MIPCOM fleet
MIPCOM yachts are sourced privately
Yachts and berths for MIPCOM week are rarely listed publicly. Tell us your purpose, guests and preferred position and we will present verified options with position and availability stated clearly.
Request MIPCOM Yacht OptionsYour private base
During MIPCOM, the Palais and the Croisette are crowded with meetings, stands and screenings. A yacht gives your team a private, quiet base for the week — somewhere to meet, host, regroup and rest.
Confidentiality
Yachts are well suited to discreet negotiations and private reviews of material. Screens and presentation equipment vary by yacht and can be supplemented on request.
Yachts usually offer Wi-Fi and mobile data, but performance in a busy October harbour is not guaranteed. We confirm each set-up in writing and can plan backup connectivity.
Guest numbers
A yacht's overnight capacity is set by its cabins and certification, usually far lower than the number of daytime or evening guests it may host. Hospitality numbers also depend on position and port rules; we confirm both figures for each yacht.
Vieux Port
The Vieux Port is the closest harbour to the Palais des Festivals. Private berths during market weeks are limited, and a named berth is only stated once contracted.
Port Canto
Port Canto, at the eastern end of the Croisette, can offer a quieter base for larger yachts, with transfers to the Palais. Anchoring in the Bay of Cannes or berthing elsewhere on the Riviera can work for some programmes, though autumn sea state can affect tender transfers.
October positioning
MIPCOM falls as the Mediterranean season closes. Some yachts are heading to winter berths, refit or other cruising grounds; deck use and swimming are weather-dependent, so comfortable indoor spaces matter.
Each proposed yacht's position is stated clearly: already in Cannes, nearby, or to be repositioned at an agreed cost.
MIPCOM access
A yacht charter does not include MIPCOM registration, badges or access to the Palais, conferences or official events. Registration is made directly with the organiser.
Lund Group is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of MIPCOM or its organiser. The MIPCOM name is used only to describe the period of your charter; we do not use official logos or branding.
Your own hospitality
Company branding, signage, filming or public-facing activity on or around a yacht may require the owner's consent and port and municipal permissions, and may be restricted. We never assume it is possible.
Costs
A yacht's standard charter rate is not the MIPCOM total. Event-week terms, minimum periods, repositioning, berthing, VAT where applicable and the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) all affect the final figure, which we confirm in writing.
The APA is paid in advance to cover running costs such as fuel, food, beverages and berthing, and is reconciled after the charter.
Day use & staying aboard
Some companies charter for the whole market as accommodation and base; others need a yacht for a single day of meetings or one evening reception, where the yacht and port allow it. Minimum periods differ by yacht.
Arrival & mobility
Guests typically arrive via Nice Côte d'Azur or Cannes-Mandelieu. We arrange private jets, helicopter transfers where permitted and chauffeured cars between airport, yacht and Palais, subject to slots and operator availability.
After the market
For clients who stay on: the Îles de Lérins, Cap d'Antibes and Saint-Tropez to the west, or Nice, Cap Ferrat and Monaco to the east — subject to the yacht's programme and October weather.
