MIPIM fleet
MIPIM yachts are sourced privately
Yachts and berths for MIPIM week are rarely listed publicly. Tell us your purpose, guests and preferred position and we will present verified options with position and availability stated clearly.
Request MIPIM Yacht OptionsYour private MIPIM base
MIPIM is a business event. During the week, hotel rooms, meeting rooms and restaurant tables near the Palais are in high demand. A chartered yacht gives one private, controllable setting for meetings by day, hosting in the evening and accommodation overnight.
We start from your purpose, guests, dates and preferred position, then present only yachts whose suitability and availability are verified for your dates.
Luxury Living & branded residences
For developers and hospitality groups presenting branded residences or resort projects, a yacht can provide a calm, private setting for one-to-one presentations to investors and partners — without implying any official MIPIM programme status.
Connectivity
Yachts can offer Wi-Fi and mobile connectivity, but performance in a busy harbour during a major event is not guaranteed. For critical calls or presentations, we confirm each yacht's set-up and can plan backup options.
Guest numbers
A yacht's overnight capacity is set by its cabins and certification, usually far lower than the number of daytime or evening guests it may host. Hospitality numbers also depend on position (berthed or at anchor) and port rules. We confirm both figures in writing.
Vieux Port
The Vieux Port, beside the Palais des Festivals, is the most central position. During MIPIM, part of the harbour is typically used for the event's own on-water presence; berths for private charters are limited and allocated by the port. A named berth is stated only once contracted.
Port Canto
Port Canto can offer a quieter base for larger yachts, with transfers along the Croisette to the Palais. Availability depends on the yacht's size and the port.
Anchorage & nearby
Anchoring in the Bay of Cannes, or berthing elsewhere on the Riviera, can work for some programmes. In March, sea state and weather can affect tender transfers, so most business programmes favour a berthed yacht.
March positioning
MIPIM takes place before the main Mediterranean season. Some yachts are still in winter refit or berthed elsewhere and must be repositioned to Cannes; deck use and swimming are weather-dependent. We plan for indoor salons, heating and changeable conditions.
Each proposed yacht's repositioning status is stated clearly: already in Cannes, nearby, or to be repositioned at an agreed cost.
MIPIM access
A yacht charter does not include MIPIM registration, badges or access to the Palais, conferences or official events. Registration is made directly with the organiser.
Lund Group is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of MIPIM or its organiser. The MIPIM name is used only to describe the period of your charter; we do not use official MIPIM branding.
Your own hospitality
Company branding, signage, filming or public-facing activity on or around a yacht may require the owner's consent and port and municipal permissions, and may be restricted. We never assume it is possible; discreet, invitation-only hosting is often the better fit for MIPIM.
Costs
A yacht's standard charter rate is not the MIPIM total. Event-week terms, minimum periods, repositioning, berthing, VAT where applicable and the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) all affect the final figure.
Repositioning — bringing a yacht out of winter berth or from elsewhere in the Mediterranean — can add fuel, crew and time costs, which we quote separately and transparently.
The APA is paid in advance to cover running costs such as fuel, food, beverages and berthing, and is reconciled after the charter. Catering, staff and equipment for meetings are budgeted on top. No price is published on this page.
Day use & staying aboard
Some companies charter for the full week as accommodation and base; others need a yacht for a single day of meetings or one evening reception, where the yacht and port allow it. Minimum periods during MIPIM are confirmed per yacht.
Arrival & mobility
Guests typically arrive via Nice Côte d'Azur or Cannes-Mandelieu. We arrange private jets, larger aircraft for group delegations, helicopter transfers where permitted and chauffeured cars between airport, Palais, yacht and venues.
Beyond the yacht
Where a programme needs more space, we can source private dining rooms, villas or hotel meeting spaces in Cannes and nearby, alongside or instead of a yacht, subject to availability.
After the meetings
For clients who stay beyond MIPIM: west from Cannes to the Îles de Lérins, Cap d'Antibes and Saint-Tropez, or east to Nice, Cap Ferrat and Monaco — subject to the yacht's programme and March weather.
