Tell us the brief. We'll build the shortlist.
Share your purpose, destination, dates and guest numbers. We review yachts, operators and local rules, then present a shortlist with permitted capacity and conditions stated clearly.
Request Corporate Yacht OptionsCorporate yacht options are presented only after the vessel, operator, location and proposed charter structure have been reviewed for the intended use.
Positioning
A yacht gives a company something hotels and venues rarely can: privacy, a single address for the day, and a setting guests remember. It works for a handful of executives or, on suitable yachts and in suitable locations, a larger hospitality group.
Meetings
Meetings can be held in a saloon, dining area or deck space, depending on the yacht. Meeting capacity, layout and privacy are confirmed per yacht — not assumed from its size.
Connectivity
Many yachts offer onboard Wi-Fi and presentation equipment, but capability and connection quality vary by yacht and location. Where connectivity is business-critical, we verify the systems of the proposed yacht before contracting. We never promise internet speeds.
Screens, sound and presentation equipment are confirmed per yacht; additional AV can be arranged where the yacht permits it.
Hospitality
From a sunset cruise for a few key clients to a full day of hosting, the format is built around your guests, timing and destination.
Dining
Menus, service style and timings are planned with the yacht's crew or approved caterers. Dietary, religious and allergy requirements are collected in advance.
Receptions
Reception capacity is often different from both overnight and day capacity, and depends on the yacht, its certification, the berth and local rules. We confirm the permitted number before presenting a yacht.
Launches
A yacht can frame a launch for press, partners or clients. Installations, staging, filming and guest numbers all need approval from the yacht and, often, the port or local authority.
Branding
Some discreet branding may be possible, but exterior branding, installations and activations require approval from the yacht and may also require port or local permissions. Nothing is assumed until approved.
Public-facing activations, sampling or ticketed events are a different category from private hospitality and are reviewed separately.
Incentives
Reward trips for top performers or partners, by the day or as a multi-day charter, combined with hotels, dining and experiences ashore.
Retreats
Leadership offsites and team retreats aboard suitable yachts, with working sessions, downtime and privacy planned into the itinerary.
Accommodation
On yachts suitable for overnight charter, your team can work, host and stay in one place. Overnight capacity is set by the yacht's cabins and certification and is usually far lower than day or event capacity.
Compliance
Rules on commercial charter, guest numbers, events and alcohol differ by country, port and marina. A yacht suitable for an event in one location may not be in another. We check the yacht, the operator and the local framework before contracting.
Cost
There is no standard price. Cost depends on the yacht, location, date, duration, guest numbers, catering, event requirements and local taxes. Major event weeks are priced differently from ordinary dates.
One-day and event charters are usually quoted for a set number of hours, often with catering and extras separate. Multi-day charters are quoted per day or week, usually plus APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) for fuel, food, drink, berthing and other variable costs, reconciled at the end of the charter. We quote every element in writing.
Procurement
We work with procurement and finance teams: supplier set-up, purchase orders, invoicing to the correct entity and clear contract terms. Charter contracts are usually between the charterer and the yacht's owner or operator, with Lund Group coordinating.
Security
Guest lists, itineraries and attendee identities are kept private. Security-provider coordination can be arranged for principals and high-profile guests.
Guests
Guest lists, arrival times, tender or boarding logistics and any identity checks the berth requires are planned ahead, with a single coordinator on the day.
Food & beverage
Catering is provided by the yacht's crew or approved caterers. Alcohol service follows the yacht's policy and local law. Entertainment such as DJs or musicians depends on the yacht, location and noise rules.
Filming and content creation need prior approval from the yacht and, where relevant, the port or local authorities. Larger events can be supported by an event production partner.
Contingency
The captain decides what is safe. Plans may shift to a sheltered anchorage, stay dockside or move to an alternative time or venue. Contingency options and the contractual position are agreed before the charter.
Accessibility
Boarding, stairs and tender transfers vary between yachts. Share any mobility requirements and we will confirm what is realistic for each yacht.
Travel
Private jets, chauffeurs and hotels can be arranged around the charter, so guests travel from airport to yacht to event with one plan.
One contact
Yacht, catering, transfers, aviation, accommodation and security coordination under one Lund Group contact.
Major events
Business weeks in Cannes, Monaco, Miami and Saint-Tropez each have their own yacht page. Event access, passes, berths and official affiliation are always separate from yacht charter.
