No Publicly Verified the Mediterranean Listings Right Now
No publicly verified Mediterranean listings right now. A yacht that can cruise the Mediterranean, charters there or appears at a Mediterranean show is not counted here unless its current location is verified. Brief our yacht desk and we will search the Mediterranean and global market — including discreet and off-market opportunities — and confirm location and viewing with each central agent.
Upcoming · 7–12 September 2027 · Vieux Port & Port Canto, Cannes
Cannes Yachting Festival 2027
Cannes opens the September buying season and suits buyers comparing new models and shipyards across a broad size range, with brokerage discussions and sea trials where offered. Show exhibits are not Lund Group inventory: a yacht on display is not necessarily for sale, being for sale does not mean it can be viewed there, and event access is not yacht access.
Organiser-published event figures: around 700 boats and yachts from 5m to 55m. Future edition dates are shown only once announced by the organisers. Lund Group is not affiliated with the show.

Monaco Yacht Show 2027
Monaco focuses on superyachts and is where many large-yacht viewings and builder meetings take place. Boarding is by appointment at each yacht's discretion; we request appointments and confirm sale status with central agents. Show exhibits are not Lund Group inventory: a yacht on display is not necessarily for sale, being for sale does not mean it can be viewed there, and event access is not yacht access.
Future edition dates are shown only once announced by the organisers. Lund Group is not affiliated with the show.

the Mediterranean counts include only published sale listings whose the Mediterranean location was verified within the last 90 days, or whose the Mediterranean viewing is confirmed or on request. A median asking price is shown only with at least three priced the Mediterranean listings in one currency; currencies are never combined. We do not publish the Mediterranean transaction volumes, average prices or days on market without a documented dataset.
Explore by country
One region. Distinct country markets.
This page is the regional overview; each country page goes deeper on its own market, rules and verified listings. Monaco for superyacht viewings and the Monaco Yacht Show; France for the Riviera and Cannes; Spain for Palma and the Balearics; Italy for its shipyards; Croatia for the Adriatic; Greece for the Aegean and Ionian; Turkey for its Aegean and Mediterranean coasts and yards. Montenegro, Malta and Cyprus are covered where verified listings exist.

Clarity
In the Mediterranean is not the same as able to cruise it
We count a yacht only when its current sale location is verified in a Mediterranean location within the last 90 days, or a Mediterranean viewing is confirmed. Charter regions, seasonal programmes, cruising suitability and show appearances never count. For France, Spain and Turkey we need the Mediterranean coast confirmed, not just the country.
Approach
Search the Mediterranean. Compare the global market.
The best yacht for a Mediterranean programme may currently lie in Florida, the Caribbean or Northern Europe. We compare it with the regional market rather than limiting the search to what happens to be nearby.
Discretion
Private Mediterranean yacht search
Many of the region's larger yachts change hands privately. Off-market means a confirmed opportunity shared privately — never a rumour — and an off-market yacht is not necessarily in the Mediterranean.
Buyer-first
Mediterranean yacht buyer representation
We act on the buyer's side: brief, search, central-agent contact, viewings across countries, terms comparison, surveyors, lawyers, VAT and flag specialists, closing, and delivery into ownership. Where a yacht is listed by a central agent we co-broker transparently.
Planning
Choose the yacht for your programme, not its current berth
Where you intend to cruise, base, crew and maintain the yacht matters more than where it lies today. Draft, range, tender garage, crew accommodation and VAT/flag position should fit the programme first.
Viewings
Compare yachts across the Mediterranean
We build multi-country viewing routes — for example Antibes, Monaco and Genoa, or Palma and Barcelona — around confirmed appointments only. Seasonal movement, charters and owner use limit what is possible, so we never promise schedules in advance. Private aviation can turn several markets into one acquisition trip.
Calendar
The Mediterranean yacht-buying season
September is the main buying window, with Cannes followed by Monaco. Cannes to Monaco are two different buyer weeks: Cannes for broad model and shipyard comparison, Monaco for superyacht viewings. Show exhibits are not Lund Group inventory, and displaying at a show does not mean a yacht is for sale.
Movement
Yacht locations change with the season
Many yachts summer in the Mediterranean and winter in the Caribbean or a refit yard. A yacht available to view in the Mediterranean is not necessarily there now; we show viewing windows separately from verified current location.
Options
Brokerage yacht or new build?
Brokerage yachts can be owned quickly; new builds from Mediterranean and Northern European yards offer specification and warranty with a longer timeline. A new build shown at a show does not mean a build slot is available.
Search
Search by builder, size or price
Explore the global inventory by builder, size band and price band; each yacht's current location is shown only when verified.
Questions
Buying a yacht in the Mediterranean — FAQ
Do you have yachts for sale in the Mediterranean right now?
Only yachts whose Mediterranean location is verified appear above. If none appear, brief us and we will search for you.
Why don't you show your whole fleet here?
Those yachts are not verified as being in the Mediterranean. The global inventory is at /yachts/for-sale.
Does a yacht that cruises the Med count?
No. Only a verified current location or a confirmed Mediterranean viewing counts.
Does a Mediterranean charter yacht count as for sale?
No. Charter availability says nothing about sale status.
Why is a yacht in France not always counted?
France, Spain and Turkey also have non-Mediterranean coasts, so we need the Mediterranean location confirmed.
How is this page different from the country pages?
This is the regional overview; country pages go deeper on each market.
Which countries do you cover?
Monaco, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece and Turkey, plus Montenegro, Malta and Cyprus where verified listings exist.
When is the Cannes Yachting Festival 2027?
7–12 September 2027 at the Vieux Port and Port Canto.
When is the Monaco Yacht Show 2027?
22–25 September 2027 at Port Hercule.
Should I attend Cannes or Monaco?
Cannes for broad model and shipyard comparison; Monaco for superyacht viewings. Many buyers attend both.
Does a show ticket let me board yachts?
No. Boarding is by appointment at each yacht's discretion.
Is every yacht at a show for sale?
No. We confirm each yacht's status with its central agent.
Is Lund Group affiliated with these shows?
No. We are independent.
Can I view yachts in several countries on one trip?
Yes, around confirmed appointments, with private aviation if useful.
Can you guarantee a viewing schedule?
No. Charters, owner use and movement can change availability.
Is a yacht available to view in the Med located there now?
Not necessarily. Viewing windows are shown separately.
Is a Mediterranean yacht EU VAT paid?
Not necessarily. VAT status is confirmed separately with specialists.
Do you advise on VAT or flag?
No. We coordinate independent specialists.
Do you have off-market Mediterranean yachts?
Sometimes, shared privately once confirmed.
Do you represent the buyer?
Yes. Our role is buyer-side.
Can you arrange survey and sea trial?
Yes, through independent surveyors, usually after an offer is accepted in principle.
Does a purchase include a berth?
No. Mediterranean berths are arranged separately and are often in short supply in summer.
Should I buy brokerage or new build?
It depends on timing and specification; we compare both.
Are asking prices final?
No. They are the seller's terms and can change.

Listings, asking terms, location, VAT status and viewing availability are subject to verification and may change without notice.
