No Publicly Verified Turkey Listings Right Now
We currently have no public sale listing whose location in Turkey we can verify. That does not mean there are no yachts to buy or view in Istanbul, Bodrum or along the Turquoise Coast. Brief our yacht desk and we will search the Turkish and international market — including new-build and off-market opportunities — without presenting availability or location as confirmed until the seller, shipyard or central agent verifies it.

Turkish-Built Yachts for Sale
Built in Turkey — current location shown separately. These yachts are not counted as Turkey inventory unless their location is verified.

Upcoming · 17–25 October 2026 · Ataköy Marina, Istanbul
Bosphorus Boat Show — In Water
Istanbul's in-water show is a chance to compare brands, see boats, and meet builders and brokers, with shipyard meetings arranged around it. A displayed yacht is not necessarily for sale, show admission does not guarantee access aboard, and show yachts are not imported into Lund Group inventory. Show exhibits are not Lund Group inventory: a yacht on display is not necessarily for sale, being for sale does not mean it can be viewed there, and event access is not yacht access.
2026 organiser figures: 200+ companies, 500+ brands, 300+ boats up to around 50 m, 34,000 m²+ net area and 40,000+ visitors. Future edition dates are shown only once announced by the organisers. Lund Group is not affiliated with the show.
Upcoming · 20–27 February 2027 · Istanbul Expo Center, Yeşilköy
Bosphorus Boat Show — Land Exhibition
A separate indoor land exhibition — a different format from the October in-water show. Useful for equipment, smaller boats and early-season conversations rather than superyacht viewings. Show exhibits are not Lund Group inventory: a yacht on display is not necessarily for sale, being for sale does not mean it can be viewed there, and event access is not yacht access.
Future edition dates are shown only once announced by the organisers. Lund Group is not affiliated with the show.

Turkey counts include only published sale listings whose Turkey location was verified within the last 90 days, or whose Turkey viewing is confirmed or on request. A median asking price is shown only with at least three priced Turkey listings in one currency; currencies are never combined. We do not publish Turkey transaction volumes, average prices or days on market without a documented dataset.
Approach
Buy in Turkey. Search globally.
The right yacht may currently lie in Greece, Italy or further afield, with Turkey as the place to build, refit, view or base it. Turkey is a starting point, not the limit of the search.
The differentiator
Turkey's shipyards
Turkey's strength is building: a cluster of yards in and around Istanbul, Tuzla, Kocaeli and Antalya produces custom and semi-custom superyachts for international owners. That makes Turkey especially relevant for new-build and late-stage project opportunities.
Bilgin Yachts reports a headquarters and outfitting facility at West Istanbul Marina of around 10,000 m² plus expanded shed capacity, able to outfit several large 70–90 m projects at once, and an Antalya Free Zone site for outfitting, refit, after-sales and wintering. Bilgin's 2026 communication cites 16 yachts under construction across roughly 50–120 m — shipyard context, not 16 yachts for sale.
Turquoise Yachts reports an Istanbul facility of around 25,000 m² for finishing and interiors on yachts up to 95 m, and a Kocaeli facility of around 40,000 m² for hull, superstructure and machinery work.
Lund Group does not represent any shipyard. Builder pages: /yachts/for-sale/builders/bilgin and /yachts/for-sale/builders/turquoise.
Clarity
Under construction ≠ available
A project may be sold, under construction for an owner, on spec, reserved, under negotiation or not available. Construction status never implies commercial availability, and on-spec projects are treated as available only after the shipyard or its agent confirms it.
A shipyard visit is not a viewing of a sale yacht. Delivery dates are only stated when verified by the yard.
Buyers
New build or brokerage
A brokerage yacht can be owned within weeks; a new build offers specification and warranty, with a longer timeline and staged payments. A late-stage on-spec project can sit in between. Independent technical advisers and owner's representatives are essential for any new build.
Istanbul is the natural new-build hub: international flights, several major yards and supplier networks within reach of the city.
Owner use
Bodrum and Yalıkavak
Bodrum is Turkey's main owner-use hub. Yalıkavak Marina reports around 620 berths, capacity for yachts up to around 140 m LOA and superyacht technical services. A yacht in Yalıkavak is not necessarily for sale, and no berth is implied. Building in Istanbul and cruising from Bodrum are different questions.
Marmaris and Göcek serve the Turquoise Coast with marinas, yards and sheltered bays.
Cruising
Turkey and Greece cross-border use
Many owners cruise both Turkish and Greek waters. Crossing between them involves entry formalities, and Turkey (non-EU) and Greece (EU) have different VAT, customs and charter rules — plan the yacht's status and flag before buying.
Use
Private or commercial use
Private use and commercial charter carry different licensing, crewing, safety and tax requirements. Decide intended use before acquisition so the yacht and structure fit it. We make no promises of charter revenue or return on investment.
Due diligence
Survey, haul-out, refit and sea trial
Turkish yards offer haul-out, survey and refit capacity at competitive scale. The builder's own yard is not always the best refit yard for every yacht; we compare options independently. An independent survey and sea trial are standard, usually after an offer is accepted in principle.
Title, encumbrances, registration, class and contracts should be checked by independent maritime lawyers. We coordinate; we do not give legal advice.
Tax & customs
Turkey is not in the EU
Turkey sits outside the EU VAT area. A yacht bought or built in Turkey and later operated in the EU raises EU VAT and customs questions, and Turkish rules for foreign-flagged yachts have their own conditions. Take specialist tax and customs advice before contracting.
Built in Turkey, Turkish-flagged and located in Turkey are three separate facts. Only a verified current location places a yacht on this page.
After purchase
Berthing and wintering
A purchase does not include a berth. Summer berths in Bodrum and the Turquoise Coast need planning, and Turkey is a popular wintering and refit destination — arrange it early. Availability is never assumed.
Buyers
First-time buyers, existing owners, Turkish- or Italian-built
First-time buyers get a structured brief and step-by-step process; existing owners can explore new builds, trading up or a discreet sale alongside a purchase. Turkish and Italian yards both build at the top level — compare on the specific yacht, yard record, specification and resale considerations, not nationality.
Buyer-first
Buyer representation
We define the brief, search the Turkish and international market, compare brokerage and new-build options, contact central agents and yards, coordinate visits, surveys and sea trials, and support negotiation, closing and delivery planning.
Discretion
Private and off-market search
Off-market means a genuine, confirmed opportunity shared privately — never a rumour. Confidential seller details are never published.
Questions
Buying a yacht in Turkey — FAQ
Do you have yachts for sale in Turkey right now?
Only yachts whose location in Turkey is verified are shown above. If none appear, brief us and we will search for you.
Why don't you show your whole fleet here?
Because those yachts are not verified as being in Turkey. The global inventory is at /yachts/for-sale.
Are Turkish-built yachts located in Turkey?
Not necessarily. They are listed separately with their current location shown when verified.
Can I buy a new build in Turkey?
Yes. We coordinate yard introductions, visits and independent technical advice.
Is a yacht under construction available?
Only if the shipyard confirms it. Many projects are already sold.
What does on spec mean?
Built without a confirmed buyer. It is treated as available only once the yard confirms.
Can you arrange shipyard visits in Istanbul?
Yes, subject to each yard's agreement.
When is the Bosphorus Boat Show?
The in-water show runs 17–25 October 2026 at Ataköy Marina; the land exhibition runs 20–27 February 2027 at Istanbul Expo Center.

Is Lund Group a show or shipyard partner?
No. We are independent.
Can I cruise Turkey and Greece with one yacht?
Yes, with planning for entry formalities, VAT and charter rules on each side.

What if I later use the yacht in the EU?
EU VAT and customs questions arise. Plan it before contracting.
Does a Turkish flag mean the yacht is in Turkey?
No. Flag, build country and location are separate.
Does a purchase include a berth?
No. Berths are arranged separately.
Can I winter or refit in Turkey?
Yes, Turkey has substantial wintering and refit capacity.
Is the builder's yard always best for refit?

We make no such promise.
Do you represent the buyer?
Yes. Our role is buyer-side.

No. They are the seller's terms and can change.

Listings, asking terms, location, build status and viewing availability are subject to verification and may change without notice. A yacht under construction, on display at a show or berthed in a marina is not necessarily for sale, and a purchase does not include a berth. Shipyard, marina and show figures are reported by those organisations and are not Lund Group data. Lund Group does not provide legal, tax or customs advice and makes no promise of charter income. Lund Group is independent and not affiliated with the Bosphorus Boat Show, Bilgin Yachts, Turquoise Yachts, Yalıkavak Marina, Ataköy Marina or any Turkish shipyard or authority.
