A yacht appears here only when its current sale or viewing location is verified as Dubai Emirate. A yacht in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, elsewhere in the UAE or the wider Gulf is not listed as a Dubai yacht.

Cruising in the UAE, UAE registration, a UAE-resident owner, a past photograph in Dubai or an appearance at a Dubai show never qualifies a yacht. Current location, flag, registry, ownership, VAT and customs status are each confirmed independently.

Dubai has become one of the Gulf's principal yachting centres, with modern marinas, refit and service capability, and a growing community of owners and family offices.

Activity rises in the cooler months, when the Gulf season is at its peak and many yachts are in the region. Availability, pricing and location always depend on the individual yacht and are verified listing by listing.

Dubai's yachting infrastructure includes major marinas such as Dubai Harbour, Dubai Marina, Port Rashid and Jumeirah-area facilities. We name areas only in general terms.

We never publish an exact berth. A port or marina is shown only where the seller agrees it may be public.

We verify the yacht's location, confirm access with the seller's agent, review the listing documentation, then arrange a discreet viewing. Marina access rules and the owner's consent always apply.

Heat, humidity and water temperature put real load on air conditioning, generators, engines and cooling systems. A sea trial in Gulf conditions is a useful test of how these systems perform.

An independent pre-purchase survey — hull, machinery, systems and documentation — is arranged with surveyors chosen for the buyer. Haul-out availability, season and scheduling are confirmed in advance.

Title, encumbrances, class and flag status, maintenance and crew records, warranties and any outstanding claims are reviewed before closing. Every fact is confirmed from documents, not from the listing.

Lund Group represents the buyer's interests, coordinating with the seller's central agent, lawyers, surveyors and escrow providers through memorandum of agreement, deposit, trial, survey and closing.

Not every yacht in Dubai is publicly listed. On a private brief, we approach the market discreetly and present an opportunity only when the seller or an authorised representative confirms it.

Being located in Dubai does not establish a yacht's VAT, customs, import or temporary-admission status, and the rules for UAE use, Gulf cruising or onward export depend on the yacht, its flag and its owner.

Flag and registry are independent of where a yacht lies. A change of flag or registry is planned with advisors as part of the transaction.

Dubai hosts an international boat show that brings builders, brokers and owners to the city. A yacht displayed at a show is not necessarily for sale, and show appearance never qualifies a yacht for this page.
