MALIA was launched in 2023 as O'REA and later renamed; it is one yacht. Golden Yachts still lists it under O'REA. An original project name (Andromeda) is reported but subject to verification. Our listing shows 17 guests; charter guest limits can differ. Published range figures conflict (c. 4,800nm vs c. 6,500nm at 12.5kn) and are under review.

Shipyard and refit
Perama, Piraeus
Golden Yachts builds and refits at its Perama shipyard near Piraeus, which it describes as designed for yachts of about 40–140m. That is the yard's own statement, not an engineering certification.
Refit, conversion, maintenance and after-sales support are a large part of Golden's work, so many yachts at the yard were built elsewhere.

Golden Yachts was established in 1996 and moved new construction in-house in 2007. Designers on its yachts include Studio Vafiadis, Massari Design and Ken Freivokh. Wider family shipping history is not used as Golden's founding date.

Is Lund Group an official Golden Yachts representative?
No. Lund Group is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by or representing Golden Yachts. We represent buyers and work with the listing broker, the shipyard or the seller's representative on each yacht.
Which Golden Yachts are for sale with Lund?
This page lists every Golden-built yacht published for sale in our database and updates automatically. It currently includes MALIA, which is also available for charter.
Are MALIA and O'REA the same yacht?
Yes. MALIA was launched in 2023 as O'REA and later renamed. Golden Yachts still shows it under its original name.
Did Golden Yachts build every yacht on its website?
No. Golden also refits, co-builds and has supervised builds elsewhere. For example, the 60m O'EVA was built by CMN and refitted by Golden. We only count yachts Golden built.
Is the new 85m O'EVA the same as the 60m O'EVA?
No. They are two different yachts that share a name. The 85m O'EVA is a future project; the 60m yacht was built in 2009 by CMN.
Can Golden Yachts build a new yacht for me?
Golden builds custom yachts at its Perama yard. We can represent you as a buyer in a new-build discussion, but any slot or timeline must be confirmed by the shipyard.
Can you find a Golden yacht that is not publicly listed?
We can approach the market discreetly for your brief. We cannot promise off-market inventory. Any opportunity is confirmed only once the owner or their representative agrees to share it.
