Private sourcing

Beyond the public listings

Some Benetti owners prefer not to advertise their yacht. With a clear brief, Lund Group approaches brokers and owners' representatives discreetly, keeping your identity private.

We cannot promise off-market inventory. Any yacht we present is confirmed with the owner or their representative before its details are shared.

About the builder

About Benetti

Founded in Viareggio in 1873, Benetti builds across a wide range: composite and steel semi-custom lines alongside larger full-custom projects.

That breadth means the Benetti name covers very different yachts. Length, generation, material and line matter more to a buyer than the brand alone, and each listing is assessed on its own condition and specification.

Benetti is an Italian shipyard and part of the Azimut | Benetti Group. Azimut is a separate brand in the same group, so Azimut yachts are listed on their own builder page.

Model families

Explore Benetti families

Benetti builds both full-custom superyachts and semi-custom platforms. Knowing which family a yacht belongs to makes it easier to compare it with its sister yachts on the resale market.

Custom

Full-custom Benetti superyachts, built to an individual owner's brief. Each must be judged on its own design, specification and documentation.

B.Now

A semi-custom steel and aluminium platform, typically offered in several lengths, with a modern layout and large exterior areas.

See B.Now listings →

B.Yond

A platform aimed at long-range, explorer-style use, with an emphasis on range and efficiency.

See B.Yond listings →

Oasis

Known for the open aft deck concept, which brings the pool and beach area together close to the water.

Benetti Class

Earlier series-built Benetti lines such as Classic, Tradition, Vision, Crystal, Fast and Delfino. They often appear on the pre-owned market.

Motopanfilo

A contemporary design that draws on classic Italian motor yachts of the mid-twentieth century.

Model family descriptions are general buyer guidance. Always check each yacht's specification against its own documents.

Classic Benetti

Buying a classic Benetti

Older Benettis, including many series-built yachts from earlier decades, appear regularly on the pre-owned market. They can offer considerable volume for the money, but condition varies a great deal from one yacht to the next.

  • Hull, structure and coating condition
  • Age and service history of engines and generators
  • Electrical, navigation and AV systems that may need upgrading
  • Previous refits: scope, yard and supporting records
  • Class status and any outstanding recommendations
  • Compliance if you intend to charter the yacht

Resale comparison

Comparing Benetti yachts on the resale market

Yachts from the same platform or series are the most useful comparison. A like-for-like comparison looks at length, build year, refit history, layout, hours and condition, not the asking price alone.

Completed sale prices are usually confidential, so we do not publish estimated values. Asking-price changes we track appear in the Lund yacht market hub once there is enough verified data.

Due diligence

How to assess a pre-owned Benetti

  • Independent hull, machinery and systems surveys
  • Sea trial under representative conditions
  • Class and flag status
  • Refit, warranty and yard history
  • Maintenance logs and crew handover documentation
  • Ownership, registration and encumbrance checks by qualified counsel
  • Charter compliance, if relevant
  • An operating budget matched to the yacht's size

New build

Pre-owned or new Benetti?

A pre-owned Benetti can be yours within months of an agreed sale. A new platform or custom yacht takes longer, but the layout and specification follow your brief.

We can set out both routes side by side, including timing, deposits and project representation. Explore new-build advisory →

Refit & ownership

Refit and the cost of ownership

Many pre-owned yachts go into refit after purchase, to update interiors, technical systems or compliance. Plan the scope and timing before you commit.

Annual costs usually include crew, insurance, berthing, maintenance, fuel, class and flag. They scale with the yacht's size and how you use it. We would rather estimate costs for a specific yacht than quote a generic percentage.

Benetti yachts: frequently asked questions

Is Lund Group an official Benetti dealer?

No. Lund Group is independent. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or representing Benetti or the Azimut | Benetti Group. We represent buyers and work with the listing broker or seller's representative on each yacht.

How many Benetti yachts are for sale?

The number changes constantly. The yachts on this page come from our live database of published listings. Other Benetti yachts may be offered through other brokers, or privately.

How much does a Benetti yacht cost?

Asking prices vary widely with length, age, model family, refit history and condition. An older series-built Benetti and a recent full-custom superyacht are very different purchases. We only show asking prices published on a verified listing.

Are Benetti and Azimut the same builder?

No. Both belong to the Azimut | Benetti Group, but they are separate brands with different product ranges. This page covers Benetti only.

Can I buy a classic or older Benetti?

Yes, and many buyers do. Older Benettis need especially careful surveys, a close look at refit and class history, and a realistic budget for upgrading systems.

Can you find a Benetti that is not publicly listed?

We can approach the market discreetly for your brief. We cannot promise off-market inventory. Any opportunity is confirmed only once the owner or their representative agrees to share it.

Should I buy a pre-owned Benetti or order a new one?

A pre-owned yacht can be yours within months. A new platform or custom build usually takes longer, but lets you shape the specification. We can compare both routes with you.
